Job summary

Flix is seeking an experienced Workday ERP Consultant to join on a freelance/service agreement (B2B). You will design, implement, and optimize Workday HR solutions in collaboration with HR, IT, and external vendors in the Flix People Enablement Tech Department.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, stakeholder consulting throughout project phases, and a focus on robust data flow and automation across platforms, including integration with Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional Workday experience in consulting/administration roles.
• Experience in implementation projects and stakeholder consulting across project phases.
• Proven ability configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting and related HR modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday HR solutions within Flix People Enablement Tech Department.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless data flow and automation.
• Support technical and functional processes using Workday and associated systems.
• Understand business processes, identify gaps, propose improvements, optimize workflows.
• Lead system acceptance tests and document results thoroughly.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and act as a competent project contact.
• Assist in expanding Workday implementation with necessary customizations for growth.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Workday ERP Consultant to join Flix on a freelance/service agreement basis (B2B contract). This is a contractor engagement for a seasoned HR systems professional who wants to work on impactful, hands-on HR technology challenges.

Scope of Services

Design, build, and maintain HR solutions with Workday and other HR systems within Flix People Enablement Tech Department. Work closely with HR, IT infrastructure, and different internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow and automation across platforms.

About the Engagement

• Overview and develop the existing HR environment, find improvements and implement them
• Support the technical and functional implementation of processes using Workday, Greenhouse and further systems
• Understand current business processes, identify gaps, suggest improvements and continuously optimize them
• Work closely with key users from HR department and contribute to a stable system environment
• Accompany system and acceptance tests and document these thoroughly
• Build trustful relationships with the respective stakeholders and project participants, consult them and represent a competent contact
• Facilitate the expansion of the current Workday implementation with customizations that support a fast-growing company

About You

• Bachelor/Master degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or similar
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst / Administrator / Consultant for Workday
• Experience in implementation projects and consulting stakeholders throughout project phases
• Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Compensation, 3rd-Party Payroll Integration, Talent & Performance, Headcount Planning, Absences or Workday Integrations modules
• Cooperation based on a service agreement (B2B/freelance contract), not an employment contract
• You will operate as an independent contractor, responsible for delivering agreed services and submitting invoices
• Location: open for contractors based in Poland
