Job summary

EDP is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the operation of PV plants and wind farms in Poland. You will direct contractors, ensure adherence to O&M guidelines, and supervise safety, monitoring, and maintenance execution.

The role requires coordinating with the O&M department and supporting other site managers as needed. Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of experience in renewables, proficiency in English, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of professional experience in related field.
• Minimum 4 years in a similar position, Site Manager – renewables sector.
• Familiarity with Polish energy sector regulations and EHS policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, control, and supervision of renewable assets in Poland.
• Coordinate main contractors and ensure maintenance and safety plans are followed.
• Prepare and review reports, monitor plant performance and subscribe to continuous improvement.
