Job summary

Forte Renewables seeks a Construction Project Engineer to oversee three wind farm projects in Eastern Germany. The site engineer visits sites weekly, coordinates with vendors and EPC contractors, and provides independent technical oversight for the client.

The role requires a relevant engineering degree, 3+ years of wind farm on-site experience, fluent German (B2/C1) and good English, and willingness to travel between project sites with some remote work possible.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between project sites in Eastern Germany.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities on wind farm projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Verify quality of civil, electrical and mechanical works.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safety culture.
• Prepare site reports and support handover.
