Job summary

Forte Renewables is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to oversee three wind farm sites in Eastern Germany, near Prenzlau, Pasewalk and Penkun. Qualifications

• University degree in civil, electrical, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years on-site wind farm construction or infrastructure; 5+ preferred.
• Fluent German (B2/C1) and good English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site construction activities on utility-scale wind farms.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, specs, and regulations.
• Verify quality of civil, electrical, and mechanical works per designs and QA/QC.
• Promote HSE compliance and safety culture on site.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, project managers, designers and stakeholders.
• Review ITPs, method statements, and as-built documentation.
• Witness inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports with observations.
