Job summary

Danone is seeking a skilled professional in Poland to drive industrial feasibility studies and risk assessments for new recipes and processes. You will lead cross-functional trials, validate strategies, and ensure quality readiness before implementation.

You will coordinate lab and factory trials, manage data in Optiva, and deliver hands-on support during handover and first commercial productions in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Engineering degree in relevant field.
• Experience in industrialisation, product development, process engineering or food manufacturing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess feasibility of new recipes, ingredients and processes; lead cross-functional industrial risk assessments.
• Define trial and validation strategy using pilot results and factory risk assessments; set success criteria.
• Prepare, coordinate and monitor trials on jar and pouch lines; analyze results and issue recommendations.
• Coordinate samples and results for nutrition, contaminants, microbiological and sensory validation.
• Prepare manufacturing handover documentation and support first commercial productions.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for investigations and transfers; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain recipes and process data in Optiva; monitor data linked to recipe implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve formulations, raw-material use, processes, efficiency, cost and quality.
