Revolut Ltd is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to advise and oversee compliance risks across our investment and trading products within private banking. You’ll enable innovation while meeting global regulatory expectations.

You will work with Product, Operations and Marketing teams to build compliant, pragmatic initiatives and maintain global control frameworks for conduct, promotions, and product governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory change management and assessing regulatory impact.
• Familiarity with end-to-end policy, procedure, and control design.
• Experience approving financial promotions and client communications in regulated environments.
• Expertise in product governance and conduct, including complaints and conflicts of interest.
• In-depth knowledge of MiFID.
