Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role with exposure to regulatory change, consulting, or Legal/Compliance environments.
• Strong command of English, with the capability to contribute to reports and management information for a range of audiences.
• A strategic approach is desirable, demonstrated by involvement in complex projects and supporting cross-functional regulatory change programmes.
• Experience producing quality deliverables such as presentations, regulatory documentation, or process improvement plans.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and positive work ethic, supporting junior colleagues or working within project teams.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing creation and review of key data and Management Information Analysis for BAU processes.
• Overseeing BAU processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• GDPR privacy co-responsibilities.
• Strong stakeholder relationships with PWM Business, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering teams.
