Job summary

CEVA Logistics is hiring for a Warehouse Handling Operations Administrator in Gorzow Wielkopolski. You will lead a warehouse team, coordinate daily activities, supervise admissions/shipments, and ensure safety and compliance. The role includes training new staff and maintaining accurate time records.

We value warehouse experience, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. UDT forklift certification is required, and you will operate WMS and TMS systems within a dynamic

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse leadership/foreman roles.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and basic labor law.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel and Word).
• Ability to work under time pressure and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• UDT forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize team work.
• Coordinate the work of the team.
• Supervise the plan admissions/shipments according to customer requirements.
• Implement and train new employees.
• Supervise work in accordance with HSE, safety and fire protection principles.
• Complete records of working time for subordinate employees.
• Manage the warehouse technical infrastructure.
• Operate WMS and TMS systems.
• Conduct employee evaluations.
