BA Glass Group in Poland is expanding and seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to coordinate internal and external warehouses, align with company strategy, and optimize costs.

You will organize team workflows, ensure equipment availability, manage the warehouse budget, and negotiate with suppliers to maintain high service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in a similar role, a relevant degree, strong English, leadership skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Higher education degree in logistics, engineering, management or related field (preferred).
• Very good command of English.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations effectively.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business.
