Job summary

BA Glass Group is seeking a Health & Safety professional to join our team in Jedlice, Poland. The role focuses on implementing the HSE action plan and coordinating the ISO 45001 system to ensure a safe workplace across sites.

We require a university degree in Health & Safety (or postgraduate) with at least 2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of H&S regulations, and a communicative level of English. A Category B driving license and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Health & Safety or postgraduate qualification in Health & Safety.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
• Knowledge of waste management and ISO management systems related to Occupational Health & Safety.
• Ability to develop and maintain Health & Safety documentation.
• Ability to anticipate hazardous situations and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Communicative level of English.
• Responsible, reliable, and conscientious approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Actively supporting the implementation of the Health & Safety action plan, promoting a proactive safety culture.
• Coordinating the ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
• Participating in compliance assessments, project approvals, audits, certification processes, and incident investigations.
• Developing and reviewing H&S procedures, supporting key system management tools.
• Promoting safety best practices across sites, and building employee awareness through H&S and fire protection initiatives.
