Job summary

Ajax Systems in Łódź is hiring a senior Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations for a multinational security systems manufacturer.

You will manage the budget, lead a diverse team, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with SLAs, health and safety, and inventory controls. This role requires strong leadership, extensive WMS/ERP experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally across Logistics, Procurement, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations.
• Experience managing warehouse budgets and costs.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Experience managing warehouse KPIs and driving process improvements.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Knowledge of Fire Safety, Health & Safety regulations and warehouse compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage budget and P&L, monitor costs, optimize spend.
• Track SLAs and ensure compliance.
• Plan resources, staffing, and shifts including peak periods.
• Analyze errors and improve processes.
• Lead WMS implementation and optimization.
• Coordinate inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Oversee facilities maintenance and lease compliance.
• Coordinate daily operations with Logistics, Procurement, Sales, and Service providers.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff.
• Manage attendance, vacations, and scheduling.
• Drive continuous warehouse improvement initiatives.
• Maintain inventory control procedures and standards.
