What we’re looking for

As 1-st line of IT support your role will be to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the IT infrastructure on the warehouse floor. This involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining and upgrading hardware and software, setting up and configuring new devices and providing technical support to warehouse staff. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of the warehouse's IT systems, contributing to the overall productivity and efficiency of the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the continuity and operation of the warehouse's IT infrastructure
• Installation of computers and other IT equipment
• Diagnosing and solving current software and hardware issues of warehouse users
• Basic configuration of IT equipment
• Periodical maintenance of IT equipment
• Following and updating technical documentation
• Disposal of old/damaged IT equipment

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience with computer hardware and software
• Readiness to work in a two -shift system
• Ability to learn quickly and willing to expand knowledge
• Practical knowledge of computer hardware, networking and peripherals (including but not limited to: PC assembly and disassembly, printers, projectors, multifunction devices, LAN cabling)
• Basic knowledge of Windows systems
• English language - basic. Ukrainian or Russian is a plus too.
