Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Supervising Associate for Vulnerability Health & Hygiene Reporting in Wrocław, with a 2 days in-office / 3 days remote arrangement. You will lead regional reporting, coordinate with regional/global stakeholders, and contribute to EY's security posture.

You will oversee governance, data quality, and mentoring of junior staff while driving analytics and reporting initiatives across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an information security role, with exposure to vulnerability management
• Familiarity with security controls applicability, implementation and threat landscapes
• Willingness to engage with stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Basic experience in data analytics and reporting
• Strong knowledge of identifying and remediating vulnerabilities in an enterprise environment
• Demonstrated experience assessing and communication risk to all levels within an organization
• A fundamental understanding of security control functionality
• Experience working in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Lead regional vulnerability health and hygiene reporting efforts across assigned Super Regions, coordinating and engaging with regional and global stakeholders to support reporting activities, escalations, and remediation tracking
• Oversee governance processes, reporting cadence, and metric standardization, while reviewing and validating vulnerability data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Provide guidance and oversight to Senior Associates supporting data analysis and reporting tasks
