Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Supervising Associate for Vulnerability Reporting to lead regional health and hygiene reporting across Super Regions. You will coordinate with regional and global stakeholders, oversee governance, and ensure data quality and remediation tracking to strengthen EY's security posture.

The role requires extensive experience in information security, strong communication, and the ability to guide junior team members in data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an information security role, with exposure to vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with security controls applicability and threat landscapes.
• Willingness to engage with stakeholders and collaborate.
• Basic experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of identifying and remediating vulnerabilities in an enterprise.
• Ability to communicate risk to all levels.
• Understanding of security control functionality.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional vulnerability health and hygiene reporting across assigned Super Regions, coordinating with regional/global stakeholders to support reporting activities, escalations, and remediation tracking.
• Oversee governance processes, reporting cadence, and metric standardization, and validate vulnerability data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Provide guidance to Senior Associates supporting data analysis and reporting tasks.
