Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Supervising Associate – Vulnerability Health & Hygiene Reporting to lead regional reporting across Super Regions and countries. You will coordinate stakeholder engagement, governance, and data quality, contributing to EY's overall security posture.

Location: Wrocław / Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote. The role requires 6+ years in information security, familiarity with vulnerability management, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an information security role, with exposure to vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with security controls applicability, implementation and threat landscapes.
• A willingness to engage with stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Basic experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of identifying and remediating vulnerabilities in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience assessing and communicating risk to all levels within an organization.
• A fundamental understanding of security control functionality.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional vulnerability health and hygiene reporting across assigned Super Regions, coordinating with regional and global stakeholders.
• Oversee governance processes, reporting cadence, and metric standardization.
• Review and validate vulnerability data for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Provide guidance to Senior Associates supporting data analysis and reporting tasks.
