Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior Product CAO Business Management professional in Kraków to drive operational rigor, reporting, and strategic storytelling for the Product organization. The role partners closely with Product leadership to ensure disciplined governance, clear insights, and effective communication of strategy and risks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business management or strategy support roles.
• Strong ability to translate data into executive-ready insights.
• Experience with headcount, financial, and workforce data.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate business management reporting for the Product organization, including dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level summaries.
• Produce monthly business review (MBR) materials and commentary, translating data into clear insights, risks, and actions for leadership.
• Support OKR definition, tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain operating model documentation, including roles, responsibilities, governance forums, and decision rights.
• Headcount tracking and reporting, capacity and utilization analysis, and workforce planning inputs.
