Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Visual Designer to create cloud graphics and marketing visuals aligned with brand guidelines.

You will produce slides, infographics, and graphic assets for training content and marketing materials as part of a hybrid team in Poland. As a Visual Designer, you will implement design strategies, develop a library of visuals, and ensure accessibility and brand consistency across mediums.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Visual Design or related field.
• Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Design, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to create high-quality vector illustrations in various styles.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, infographics and data visualization.
• Excellent communication skills to translate requirements into brand visuals.
• Nice to have: interactive design, UI design, team coordination, video/audio editing, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Create original, high-quality vector illustrations for training content, marketing and product design.
• Maintain a cohesive visual style across illustrations and assets.
• Adapt visuals for print, digital and social media.
• Develop a library of images and illustrations.
• Design slides, data sheets, badges and other graphic assets.
• Enhance training content and slides to meet brand standards and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Program Manager onsite to align visuals with project goals.
