Role Description

This full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role is based in the Rzeszow Metropolitan Area. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creation of visual assets for digital and print materials, including marketing campaigns, product documentation, presentations, and social media. Daily tasks include collaborating with senior designers and marketing teams, developing layouts, refining brand visuals, preparing files for production, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role also involves assisting with logo iterations, iconography, typography choices, and simple motion or web graphics as needed. This position offers an opportunity to grow design skills while contributing to communication around cutting-edge fire safety technology.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual communication.
• Understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in digital and print formats.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent software).
• Portfolio demonstrating clean, organized design work and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, accept feedback, and iterate designs collaboratively.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
