Key Responsibilities
  • Manage email inboxes, schedule meetings, and update calendars using tools like Google Workspace or Outlook.
  • Prepare simple reports, expense tracking, and data entry in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Coordinate with vendors or team members on basic logistics, like booking virtual calls or ordering supplies.
  • Handle light research tasks, such as finding resources or compiling contact lists.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, like organizing files or preparing presentation decks.
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years in admin, office support, or personal assisting (students or career-changers encouraged!).
  • Solid Polish and conversational English (A2/B1 level for emails and calls).
  • Proficient with everyday apps: email, calendars, docs, and basic spreadsheets.
  • Must be based in Poland and legally eligible to work there (EU/Polish citizenship or valid work permit).
  • Bonus: Experience with Trello/Asana or bilingual skills for international tasks; a proactive mindset.
