Job summary

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, seeks an experienced AV engineer to lead end-to-end management of large-scale audio video conferencing solutions across the full service lifecycle in a complex enterprise environment.

You will design, deploy, administer, monitor and troubleshoot the AV infrastructure, maintain up-to-date documentation, and propose improvements to maximise availability, usability and security. Fluency in English (C1) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent practical knowledge of enterprise AV conferencing solutions: hardware and software.
• Experience in large-scale design, deployment, administration, maintenance and support of AV conferencing.
• Excellent knowledge of routing, switching and AV service quality.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Open minded, troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Friendly, cooperative and service oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in stressful environment with minimal supervision.
• High motivation and initiative.
• Practical experience with simultaneous on-line interpretation solutions.
• Excellent knowledge and practical experience with Webex Control Hub (administration).
• Knowledge and experience as Sound Technician, Recording Engineer or Audio Engineer.
• Ability to create and maintain solution documentation.
• Good knowledge of English equal to C1 according to CERF.

• Advising, proposing and implementing configuration improvements to maximise solution availability, usability and security.
• Other specific duties as assigned by the supervisor.
