Job summary

Bolt Drive Warsaw is seeking a Vehicles Specialist to manage fleet daily operations. This full-time, fixed-term role includes rotating day, night shifts and weekends. You will oversee fleet daily operations, including cleaning, relocation, refueling, and coordinating repairs.

Drive brand-new cars around Warsaw, perform fleet inspections, and ensure safety for users. Requirements include Type B license in Poland, fluent Polish (English a plus), attention to detail, and a passion for cars.

Qualifications

About The Role

We are launching Bolt Drive, our new carsharing service in Warsaw, and are looking for a Vehicles Specialist to manage our fleet and daily operations. Please note that this is a full-time, fixed-term contract. The role requires working a rotating shift schedule, which includes day shifts, night shifts, and weekends. As a Vehicle Specialist, you will be responsible for taking over all fleet daily operations (including cleaning, relocation, refueling the cars, and diagnosing damage). This is a very important job, as we are responsible for the safety of our fleet's users. Once checked, if the fleet needs additional diagnosis, you will need to deliver vehicles to service for repair or maintenance.
