Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Veeva Vault CRM Administrator to join our team. You will maintain, configure, and develop the Veeva Vault CRM environment, collaborating with business users and IT to support ongoing operations and future enhancements.

The role covers user management, system configuration, data quality, documentation, testing, and cross-functional teamwork in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or configuration of CRM systems
• Knowledge of Veeva Vault CRM or experience with Veeva solutions
• Previous work in user management, access, and permissions
• Ability to analyze business requirements
• Experience in problem-solving and user support
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
• Advanced knowledge of English enabling smooth work in an international environment
• Advanced knowledge of Polish
• Residence in Poland

We are looking for an experienced person for the position of Veeva Vault CRM Administrator (f/m/x) to join the team responsible for maintaining, configuring, and developing the Veeva Vault CRM environment. In this role, you will collaborate with business users and technical teams, supporting the ongoing operation of the system and its further development.
