Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Veeva Consultant with deep experience in Veeva Vault and RIM to manage configuration and validation documentation in a GxP environment. This remote role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and Digital QA teams to ensure governance and quality standards are met.

You’ll drive impact analyses, align with governance, and ensure the integrity of validated systems while working on scalable, compliant solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications

• Experience with Veeva RIM and GxP in pharma environments.
• Proven ability to conduct impact analyses and change control.
• GxP regulations knowledge and validation documentation experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage configuration and validation docs for system changes in RIM.
• Conduct impact assessments to ensure GxP compliance.
• Gather requirements and design scalable system solutions with stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end management of changes from design to validation.
• Collaborate with Digital QA/Enablement teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Monitor Veeva General Releases and assess release impact.
• Work independently while adhering to governance and quality standards.
• Ensure integrity of validated systems in a regulated environment.

We are looking for a Senior Veeva Consultant with extensive experience in Veeva Vault and Regulated Information Management (RIM). You will play a crucial role in managing system changes and validation documentation within a GxP regulated environment. This remote position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and Digital QA teams, ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards. Your tasks

• Managing configuration and validation documentation for system changes in RIM
• Conducting impact assessments and change analysis to ensure compliance with GxP regulations
• Gathering requirements and aligning with stakeholders to design scalable system solutions
• Overseeing the end-to-end management of system changes, from solution design to implementation and validation
• Collaborating with Digital QA and Digital Enablement teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions
• Maintaining familiarity with Veeva General Releases and handling release impact assessments
• Driving tasks independently while adhering to governance and quality standards
• Ensuring the integrity and compliance of validated systems in a regulated environment

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in system analysis or consulting within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience with Veeva RIM
• Strong understanding of GxP regulations and experience working in a GxP-regulated environment
• Veeva Certified Administrator certification is highly desirable
• Solid background in impact assessments and change management processes
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with digital validation using Jira Xray
• Familiarity with Veeva Quality processes and configurations
