Job description

Are you ready to leverage your expertise in transforming traditional infrastructures into modern, agile Software Defined Data Centers (SDDC)? As a Software Defined Data Center Consultant with us, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with leading organizations and utilize cutting-edge technologies to optimize their data centers.

This is your chance; at ITQ, we provide an environment for learning and growing alongside colleagues who uphold high-quality standards. We're passionate about our clients, but we're equally passionate about empowering our employees to embrace new skills and ways of working.

Your role at ITQ:

As a Software Defined Data Center Consultant, you'll assist our clients in transitioning their traditional data centers into modern, flexible, and efficient software-defined environments. Working closely with our clients, you'll understand their business needs and design customized solutions using the latest technologies. You'll step in and save the day by simplifying complex data center infrastructures, reducing costs, and enhancing overall performance.

The Benefits of Working at ITQ:

Integration:

• A comprehensive onboarding process at the company’s headquarters in the Netherlands, followed by an informal lunch or dinner with your “buddy.”

ITQ:

• A friendly atmosphere with a strong company culture.

• Regular team events (team-building, afterworks, partner/publisher conferences).

• Flexible working hours and remote work.

Excellence:

• Collaboration with top experts in the field, participation in regular trade shows and events, and global networking opportunities.

• Participation in innovative and large-scale projects.

• Continuous training programs and funded certifications.

• A clear and ambitious vision for the future, with openness to your ideas and feedback.

What do we offer?

• Numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth.

• A competitive salary package, a collective bonus, and an annual budget for training and certifications.

• A company car or mobility budget.

• A remote work budget to organize your workspace.

• Social benefits such as premium health insurance, and an employee savings plan.

• An opportunity to join a warm and inclusive team, the ITQ family.

Your responsibilities and technologies:

• You possess a strong background in technologies like VMware vSAN and VMware vRealize Operations (VMware Aria Operations), with experience in a Dell VxRail environment being a significant plus.

• You’ll be hands‑on with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions, so experience in this area is crucial.

• You have architectural skills related to SDDC, with a solid understanding of x86 virtualization, operating systems, advanced networking, and storage architectures.

• You hold active VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, VCIX, VCDX) and are willing to pursue further certifications.

What are we looking for in you?

• You are passionate about your work as a Consultant or Architect and can identify customer use cases, translating them into concrete solutions.

• You communicate effectively in French/ Dutch and English and can act as a professional advisor to enterprise clients.

• You are curious to learn new technologies—because that’s what you love.

• You are a native Dutch or French speaker and reside in Belgium.
