Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited in Poland invites student interns for a Multimedia Design Trainee to develop skills in motion graphics, animation, video, audio, and generative AI.

You will work with the Multimedia Design team across digital communications, events, and social media, building a distinctive portfolio while applying branding and quality standards.

The role offers hybrid work, a PLN 31.40 gross hourly rate, and a 3–9 month internship with mentoring.

Qualifications

• Active student status in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Portfolio showing creativity in design, motion design, animation, video, and audio editing.
• Interest in generative AI and its creative use.
• Understanding of visual design, animation, and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Good communication and English at B2 level.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, with one day per week in the Gdańsk office.
• Experience creating content for digital communications or social media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create multimedia assets across multiple projects with focus on quality and consistency.
• Support motion graphics, 2D animation, audio editing, sound design, and voice-over processing.
• Explore and use generative AI tools in multimedia production.
• Apply branding, technical and quality standards to all deliverables.

Multimedia Design Trainee

Are you an art or design student eager to develop as a Multimedia Designer? Join us to create motion graphics, animation, video, audio, and generative AI content for digital communications, events, and social media while building a distinctive multimedia portfolio.

Internship Purpose

To develop professional expertise in multimedia design while supporting the delivery of engaging, brand-compliant content across digital communication channels. The role provides hands‑on experience in motion graphics, animation, video, audio, generative AI, and cross‑functional collaboration within the Multimedia Design team.

• Support motion graphics, 2D animation, audio editing, sound design, voice‑over processing, and synchronization while demonstrating progress in multimedia production skills.
• Explore and use generative AI tools in multimedia production, showing continued development in generative AI skills.
• Apply branding, technical, and quality standards consistently to all deliverables.
• Participate effectively in creative reviews, ideation sessions, and project work, collaborating with designers and project teams and incorporating feedback through creative iterations.

Requirements

• Mandatory active student status in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity and skills in design, motion design, animation, video, and audio editing.
• Interest in generative AI and its application in the creative process.
• Understanding of visual design, animation, and visual storytelling principles.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Good communication skills and English proficiency on B2 level.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including one day per week in the GBS Gdańsk office.
• Experience creating content for digital communications or social media channels is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional motion design, 2D and 3D animation, and other creative software is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools is a plus.

What we offer

• A contract of mandate with an hourly rate of PLN 31.40 gross
• Internship for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility to extend it to 6 or 9 months.
