Job summary

O x y is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft user experiences for products like Homiio and Sindi. You'll design accessible interfaces and collaborate with a passionate team focused on social good and ethical technology.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive, beautiful, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile apps, from concept to final polish.
• Translate complex workflows into simple, human-centered journeys, especially in areas like housing, legal rights, or ethical commerce.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are ready for development.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and writers to bring ideas to life.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system across the Oxy ecosystem.
• Advocate for user needs through research, testing, and thoughtful interaction design.

• A strong portfolio showing polished UX/UI work across multiple platforms (especially mobile‑first).
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar), with strong layout, typography, and design system skills.
• Experience in user research, A/B testing, and iterating based on feedback.
• Clear thinking and attention to detail — you know when to break rules and when to follow them.
• Passion for social good, tech ethics, and building products that solve real problems.
• Bonus if you have motion design or front‑end dev knowledge.
