O x y is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft user experiences for products like Homiio and Sindi. You'll design accessible interfaces and collaborate with a passionate team focused on social good and ethical technology.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing polished UX/UI work across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar) and strong design system skills.
• Experience in user research, A/B testing, and iterating based on feedback.
• Clear thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, beautiful, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile apps.
• Translate complex workflows into simple, human-centered journeys.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and writers.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system across the Oxy ecosystem.
• Advocate for user needs through research, testing, and interaction design.
