Bejamas is seeking a Web Designer who blends a strong eye for visuals with a user-centered mindset. You will enhance existing websites, craft new solutions, and ensure design decisions drive both user satisfaction and business success.

We value experience with Design Systems, UX principles, analytics tools, and collaborative communication with developers and stakeholders. Remote-first setup with flexible hours is offered.

We’re looking for a Web Designer who combines a strong design eye with a user-centered mindset and a data-driven approach. You’ll work on improving existing websites, designing new solutions, and making sure every design decision supports both user needs and business goals.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 1 year of experience in web design or a related digital design role
• Comfortable working with Design Systems and applying them consistently across websites and digital products
• A strong understanding of UX and usability principles, with the ability to design intuitive, user-friendly experiences
• A data-driven approach to improving website performance and conversion rates, using analytics tools such as Hotjar, GA4, or similar platforms
• A basic understanding of A/B testing and CRO principles, and how design decisions can influence conversion
• The ability to plan and oversee website enhancements from concept through implementation, ensuring design quality throughout the process
• Experience conducting UX audits or usability evaluations and translating findings into clear, actionable design recommendations
• The ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with developers, clients, and other stakeholders
• Good English communication skills (B2+/C1) for daily collaboration

Nice to have

• Strong visual/UI design skills – we appreciate people who go beyond gray rectangles and create polished, engaging, high-quality web experiences
• Experience creating or refining components and patterns within a Design System
• Familiarity with accessibility principles and WCAG standards
• Basic knowledge of AI-assisted design, prototyping, and coding tools such as Lovable, Claude, or Codex

What you’ll do

• Design and improve websites with a focus on visual quality, usability, and business impact
• Create clear, intuitive, and engaging interfaces that balance user needs with business objectives
• Work with existing Design Systems to maintain consistency and build scalable design solutions
• Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for design improvementsConduct UX audits and usability evaluations to identify friction points and recommend practical solutions
• Turn research findings, analytics insights, and stakeholder feedback into actionable design changes
• Plan and oversee website enhancements from the initial concept through implementation, collaborating closely with developers and other team members
• Ensure that designs are feasible to implement, consistent with established standards, and polished in their final form
• Contribute to CRO initiatives by identifying design opportunities and supporting A/B testing and experimentation
• Continuously look for ways to improve the quality, clarity, and effectiveness of the websites we create
