Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Technical Art / Tech Art with Unity, ideally in game production.
Strong hands-on experience with Unity and C# in production environments.
Solid experience with both 2D (PSD-based) and 3D asset pipelines.
Strong understanding of URP, rendering, shader debugging.
Practical experience with profiling and performance optimization.
Strong knowledge of texture formats and memory constraints.
Responsibilities
Own and improve the PSD-to-Unity workflow.
Drive 3D asset integration in Unity.
Build and optimize runtime visuals including shaders and UI effects.
Support and evolve the UI component library.
Optimize memory, compression, and frame rates.
Improve asset loading and reference workflows.
Create tools and automation for pipeline reliability.
Collaborate closely with artists and engineers.
