Job summary

Moon Active is seeking a Unity Developer to join a large-scale mobile gaming platform used by millions worldwide. You’ll contribute to architectural decisions, performance optimization, and high-quality client-side features.

You will design end-to-end features, integrate native plugins, and leverage AI components while working in a hybrid Warsaw office. The role requires 2+ years of experience, C#, Unity on mobile, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor or similar.
• Experience with object-oriented programming including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong knowledge of C# and memory management.
• Proactive, self-driven with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Unity on mobile platforms, including scripting APIs, profiling tools, UI, and animations.
• Native Ukrainian speaker.

As a Unity Developer you’ll be working on one of the mobile gaming industry’s most complex and successful products, a large-scale, highly-optimized Unity codebase that serves millions of concurrent users globally. This isn’t your typical mobile game project. It’s a sophisticated, ever-evolving system that demands exceptional architectural thinking, performance optimisation expertise, and the ability to maintain quality at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage features from system design and data handling to production deployment.

Requirements
