Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Unified Communication Engineer to design, implement, and manage Microsoft Teams Voice and related UC solutions. You will collaborate with Cyber Security and Infrastructure to ensure performance and security of the Microsoft 365 environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of Teams Voice, Direct Routing, SIP, and Audiocodes SBC, with opportunities to lead small projects and contribute to documentation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, especially MS Teams Voice is a must.
• Good knowledge of Direct Routing, MS Teams meetings, and conferencing.
• Familiarity with SIP Protocol and Audiocodes SBC.
• Experience with a range of UC tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice (calling, meetings, conferencing).
• Handle incident resolution and root cause analysis to improve reliability.
• Support configuration changes, migrations, and small-scale projects (e.g., number provisioning, routing fixes).
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for collaboration solutions.
• Maintain and update documentation (designs, configurations, standards, training materials).
• Collaborate on technology assessments and suggest improvements.
