Job summary

SEEPEX is seeking a Junior Inside Sales Specialist with Turkish to join our European Center of Excellence. You will handle back-office and inside-sales tasks, ensuring accurate quotations and orders while providing technical and commercial support across the EMEA region.

Based in Poznań, you will coordinate with field sales and head office, manage customer data in ERP/CRM systems, and contribute to high customer satisfaction and efficiency. Proficiency in Turkish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education or graduation approaching.
• First practical experience in technical support, sales, or application engineering.
• Basic technical understanding.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• Experience in quotation preparation or pricing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for customers from the office environment across the EMEA region.
• Preparing, tracking and reviewing offers from a technical and commercial point of view.
• Supporting active customer management within the EMEA region, including proactive customer contact via phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Supporting the sales of pumps, systems and spare parts, including technical clarification and commercial coordination with field sales.
• Collaborating with the local office team and coordinating with headquarter in Bottrop and field sales colleagues.
• Tracking projects and offers according to company systems.
• Preparing orders and coordinating interfaces with relevant head office departments.
• Supporting the implementation of projects with head office departments and field sales.
• Maintaining and updating customer and project data in company systems.
• Supporting marketing and sales campaigns in coordination with Sales and Marketing.
• Assisting in presentations, workshops and training seminars for customers and service partners.
• Clarifying warranty claims with Customer Service and external partners.
