Job summary

Takeda in Lodz, Poland seeks a Business System Owner for trial delivery systems. You will partner with Data, Digital & Technology to drive roadmap prioritization and system delivery, and serve as the BSO for trial delivery processes and listing systems.

Required are a BS/BA with 5–7 years in life sciences, experience with Veeva EDC or Veeva CTMS, and proven cross‑functional collaboration and budget management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required with 5–7 years in life sciences or drug development.
• Experience with Veeva EDC and Veeva CTMS/eTMF preferred.
• Experience with GxP validation and 21 CFR 11 compliance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Budget planning and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains stakeholder relationships to understand system priorities.
• Interprets functional priorities and partners with leadership to develop and execute the system roadmap.
• Collaborates with R&D DD&T and product teams for operational decisions linked to roadmap delivery.
• Acts as BSO for trial delivery systems to support Software Development Lifecycle.
• Contributes to inspection readiness and supports regulatory inspections.
