Job summary
Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Business System Owner for trial delivery systems to drive roadmap prioritization and ensure operational readiness of trial support platforms.
You will partner with Data, Digital & Technology, R&D, and Trial Delivery leadership to align priorities, manage budgets, and provide SME guidance. Experience with Veeva systems and GxP compliance is highly valued.
Qualifications
- BS/BA required with 5–7 years in life sciences, drug development, or trial delivery tech.
- Experience with Veeva EDC or Veeva Clin eTMF/CTMS preferred.
- Experience with process owner networks in pharma preferred.
- Experience with GxP validation and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for regulatory inspections.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication across matrixed teams.
Responsibilities
- Partners with Data, Digital & Technology to drive roadmap prioritization and delivery for trial support systems.
- Serves as Business System Owner for trial delivery systems and leads system roadmaps.
- Maintains relationships with R&D, DD&T and Trial Delivery leadership to align priorities.
- Supports inspection readiness and regulatory activities related to trial systems.
- Contributes to budget planning, forecasting and investment oversight for trial delivery systems.
