Job summary

Iptor is seeking a Treasury Specialist in Wrocław to own daily cash management, monitor liquidity, and manage banking activities across domestic and international payments.

You will develop cash flow forecasts, maintain treasury records, and collaborate with Finance teams to optimize cash utilization. Strong Excel skills and English proficiency are required; Polish locale familiarity is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Previous treasury, cash management, or similar finance experience.
• Strong understanding of daily cash management, liquidity planning, payments, and banking operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret cash flow data.
• Advanced Excel skills and interest in streamlining financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash management and monitor cash positions and liquidity.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support liquidity planning.
• Process and monitor domestic and international payments and post bank statements.
• Manage bank accounts, documentation, and day-to-day banking activities.
• Support banking relationships and ensure compliance with bank agreements and policies.
• Prepare treasury reports, cash position reports, and liquidity analyses.
• Monitor outstanding transactions and follow up on required actions.
• Oversee debt collection activities.
• Monitor compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate treasury records and banking system data.
• Support treasury activities during month-, quarter-, and year-end closures.
• Collaborate with Accounting, AP, AR, Tax, and Finance teams to optimize cash management.
• Identify and implement improvements to treasury processes, controls, and reporting.
• Use Excel and other tools to streamline treasury analysis and processes.

• Advanced Excel skills and an interest in using technology to streamline financial processes.

• English language proficiency (required).

Salary Range

• Treasury Specialist: 108.000 – 126.000 PLN gross per year
• Senior Treasury Specialist: 132.000 – 144.000 PLN gross per year
