Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Treasury Solutions Specialist to support Accounting & Reporting, Foreign Exchange management, and Treasury projects within Takeda Business Solutions. The role reports to the Treasury Solutions Manager and acts as a trusted partner to finance teams globally, driving data-driven processes and innovative treasury solutions.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a multinational SSC, strong communication, and a solid grasp of treasury controls and ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
2–3 years of work experience in a shared services environment within a large multinational.
Audit / SOX / process controls experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare accounting entries.
Perform valuation and reconciliation for Treasury related items.
Daily basis work on the In house bank activities, cash clearing reconciliations and payment orders.
Performing payments and provide payment forecast to stakeholders.
Review Intercompany position, reconciliation and HFM controls.
Ensuring all loans, derivatives and associated interest transactions are recorded in the Treasury systems.
