Job summary

Takeda Business Solutions in Lodz, Poland seeks a Treasury Solutions Specialist with a focus on Accounting & Reporting, and Foreign Exchange management. You will work under the Treasury Solutions Manager and collaborate across Cash Management and Financial Risk teams to deliver accurate treasury processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 2-3 years work experience in a shared services environment within a large multinational organization.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Audit / SOX / process controls experience.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English language, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounting entries, perform valuation and reconciliation for Treasury related items.
• Daily basis work on in-house bank activities, cash clearing reconciliations and payment orders.
• Performing payments and provide payment forecast to stakeholders.
• Review intercompany position, reconciliation and HFM controls.
• Ensure loans, derivatives and related interest are recorded in Treasury systems.
• Perform FX variance and P/L analysis.
• Prepare and review treasury reports and data validation checks.
• Manage month-end for Treasury entities and treasury transactions.
• Support Treasury projects and initiatives.
• Act as Treasury SME in cross-functional projects.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive cross-functional finalization of tasks.
• Handle Ad-Hoc requests from the manager.
