Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in capital markets, preferably in Treasury, funding-related or regulatory functions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with confidence to interact with senior leadership and external regulators.
• Problem-solving with root-cause analysis and project leadership.
• Ability to partner with Engineering on technical solutions and understand treasury functions.
• Highly organized, able to work independently and manage conflicting priorities.
• Ability to conduct research, analyze regulatory papers and identify issues.
• Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and excellence focus.
• Knowledge of liquidity risk metrics (LCR, NSFR) and interpretation of regulatory rules (preferred).
• Understanding of banking products and regulatory capital implications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Regulatory stress metrics, liaison, and advocacy: disclose metrics, guidance, rule interpretation with regulators and policy discussion.
• Governance and reviews: continuously evaluate compliance, assess new activity impact, engage with committees and policies.
• Stress testing: develop methodologies, create models, review assumptions and measure risk.
• Engage with regional regulators to explain risk posture, clarify interpretations and support data requests.
• Facilitate interactions with regulatory bodies ensuring compliance with evolving requirements for recovery and resolution.
• Engage with risk-taking businesses to understand strategy, assess new activities, enforce limits and challenge proposals.
