You will collaborate across Credit Risk, Compliance, Sales, Trading, Controllers, and other treasury teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking, preferably in Treasury, cash management, payments, or funding-related functions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the confidence to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills, with ownership to drive projects.
• Highly organized, able to work independently, and manage changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Funding & Oversight: Review funding levels for firm bank accounts and address shortfalls.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as escalation point and connect with external agent banks.
• Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Liaise with internal groups to resolve issues.
• Process Control & Integrity: Ensure integrity and accuracy of cash management processes.
• Process Reengineering: Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements and automation.
