Job summary

IG Markets Ltd is seeking a Cash Control Analyst in Kraków to join the Cash Control Team. You will handle daily reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate cash positions across currencies and jurisdictions, while collaborating with Treasury and external partners.

The role requires at least 3 years in financial services, strong Excel and analytical skills, and English communication ability. Power BI proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience within Financial Services, with prior exposure to reconciliation, cash management and Treasury Management System.
• Minimum BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English with stakeholder and external party liaison.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with initiative and teamwork.
• Proficiency in Power BI would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reconciliation of client and firm cash positions within AutoRek, ensuring accuracy and internal control compliance.
• Lead investigation and resolution of reconciliation breaks with internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Treasury and Financial Control to monitor client money regulations and liquidity policies.
• Produce and distribute daily liquidity and cash management MI reports with data integrity.
• Respond to queries from internal stakeholders and banking institutions with timely information.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in reconciliation, payments, and cash management.
• Support internal and external audit activities, including CASS audits with proper documentation.
• Assist in implementing Treasury Management System requirements and onboarding of new products.
