Zusammenfassung

IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a Compliance/Banking Analyst to manage banking regulations, KYCs and treasury-related workflows across the group.

You will interact with banks, internal teams and external auditors, supporting monthly reporting and onboarding of bank services. The role requires 2 years in administration, treasury exposure, SAP/Fiori familiarity, English fluent, and strong organization under pressure.

Qualifikationen

• 2-years of administration experience - preferably in an analytical/banking role.
• Treasury experience.
• Law /banking experience as an asset.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Fiori Application) and TMS as an asset.
• MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word).
• Fluent English.
• Experience in administration role in Banks or Treasury Department.

Aufgaben

• Daily contact with banks for opening/closing accounts, KYCs and issue handling.
• Maintain relationships with banks and manage signatories.
• Oversee online banking access and bank mandates administration.
• Support monthly/quarterly reporting processes.
• Coordinate with Company Secretariat, Legal and Tax teams.
