Job summary

Growe is seeking a capable professional to manage bank payments and cash flow, liaise with banks and payment providers, and support KYC procedures. The role includes preparing and collecting documents and invoices, responding to bank requests, and monitoring balances.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with international banks.
• Experience handling corporate documents (powers of attorney, statutes, board resolutions, and related documentation).
• Practical experience with 1C and Excel.
• English: intermediate; Ukrainian: upper-intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Manage bank payments and cash flow.
• Communicate with banks and payment service providers.
• Support KYC procedures; Prepare and collect required documents and invoices.
• Respond to banks' requests in a timely manner.
• Monitor all account balances.
• Ensure timely recording of transactions and reconciliation of bank statements in the accounting system.
