Job summary

ETS is seeking a Treasury professional to manage daily cash, e-payments, and forecasting within a small, high-profile team. You will coordinate journal entries, budget prep, and vendor/payments analysis to support ETS operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in cash management or merchant e-payments, a finance or accounting degree, and strong Excel/data skills. This role offers growth, access to audits, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in Cash Management / Merchant E-Payments preferred.
• Knowledge of cash management and banking systems.
• Strong analytical and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent PC Excel and technology skills for automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash management including cash positioning and KYC support.
• Analyze and resolve payments issues with providers.
• Prepare and approve journal entries and monthly accruals.
• Forecast cash flows and prepare variance analysis.
• Maintain documentation for cash, budget, forecast, and bank analysis.
• Assist with monthly/ quarterly/annual treasury budget.
• Prepare ad hoc and routine treasury reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate backups and support auditors.
• Ensure compliance with processes and policies.
