IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a Treasury Analyst to optimize liquidity, perform cash forecasting, and ensure regulatory compliance for overseas locations and central accounts.
You will work with the Group Financial Risk Management Team and be responsible for cash management, forecasting across currencies, payments processing, and month-end reporting, contributing to the group’s financial stability and efficiency.

Purpose of the role
The Treasury Analyst assists in optimizing liquidity, conducting cash forecasting, and ensuring
compliance with relevant regulations to support the organization’s financial stability and operational
efficiency for overseas locations or within central accounts and main currencies.
• Perform cash management and cash forecasting operations in line with Treasury policies. Assist in
the production of consolidated Group forecasts.
• Analysis of cash positions and liquidity for wide range of accounts for overseas currencies or for
Head Office currencies, process and oversee treasury payments,
• Working closely with Group Financial Risk Management Team – with Trading Desk.

Operating Companies within the IAG Group, Group Treasury, Internal stakeholders within IAG GBS.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
Operates with a high degree of independence and autonomy, demonstrated by strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and evaluate priorities.
Problem-solving skills.
Orientation to details.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data accurately.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Fast learning and multitasking.
Working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent English language skills .
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience (preferred in treasury).
Strong cash management operations technical knowledge, ideally in a multinational company – would be an asset.
Treasury Management System and SAP (ERP) knowledge would be an asset.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling financial transactions and sensitive information.
