Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a Travel & T&E Operations specialist to support standardization of travel services and optimize costs. The role collaborates across levels, handling policies, audits, and reporting.

Qualifications

Accounting/Finance/Business degree or equivalent is an asset.
Solid experience with Travel, Corporate Card, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or expense processing.
English proficiency required; other languages are a plus (Polish, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese).
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of management.
Knowledge of travel regulations and policies is required.
Proven ability to perform in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word; SAP knowledge is preferable; Concur is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supporting Travel & T&E Team Manager to standardize travel operations.
Managing Travel and T&E portfolio.
Supporting travel policy to maximize cost efficiencies and provide traveler services.
Creating and interpreting value-added reports for audits, spend, trends, and variance analysis.
Identifying opportunities to improve work processes.
Working with system vendor to deploy site enhancements.
Performing T&E and P-Card audits.
Creating trainings for expense systems and cardholders.
Assisting team on new projects and ad hoc tasks.
