JOIN OUR TEAM

As Transport Operations Specialist at Westwing, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance, drive cost-effective improvements, and maintain high service quality across all logistics functions. This position is permanentand based in Robakowo.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage and optimize inbound logistics, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods into our warehouse(s)
  • Oversee outbound logistics operations, from warehouse dispatch to last-mile delivery performance
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve last-mile carrier performance, ensuring SLAs are met and customer satisfaction remains high
  • Implement and manage processes for returns handling, ensuring efficient flow and minimal customer disruption
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as warehouse and customer service, to improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze logistics KPIs, generate insights, and support improvement initiatives based on data
  • Work with external logistics providers to ensure service quality and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local transportation and logistics regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency across all logistics processes
YOU COME WITH
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors
  • Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics flows
  • Experience managing or interacting with last-mile delivery partners
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with data and KPIs to drive decisions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Tech-savvy with experience working with WMS, TMS, or logistics platforms is a plus
  • Experience with export customs clearance is a plus
