Job summary

Helprise is seeking an experienced Transformation Coach (AI & Agile) to guide a Product-Based Organization toward AI-driven ways of working. You will collaborate with Product Teams, ARTs, and leadership to accelerate agile maturity and foster innovation.

Responsibilities include driving transformation initiatives, coaching cross-functional teams, and promoting responsible AI usage across delivery pipelines and governance structures. Flexible remote/hybrid options are available.

• Drive Agile and AI transformation across Product Teams and ARTs.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles, Product mindset, and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Support the adoption of AI tools and capabilities in planning, development, testing, and operations.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and learning initiatives related to Agile, Product Management, AI literacy, and prompt engineering.
• Help teams identify and implement AI use cases that improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to the evolution of the organization's operating model, frameworks, standards, and ways of working.
• Promote experimentation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
• Establish and monitor Agile and AI adoption metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Partner with leadership to align transformation activities with business objectives.
• Support Communities of Practice and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization.
• Promote responsible AI practices, governance, compliance, and ethical AI usage.

We are looking for an experienced Transformation Coach (AI & Agile) to support the evolution of a Product-Based Organization towards AI-driven ways of working. You will work closely with Product Teams, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and leadership to accelerate Agile maturity, drive AI adoption, and foster a culture of continuous innovation.

YOU WILL

• Drive Agile and AI transformation initiatives across Product Teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles, Product mindset, and AI-enabled ways of working
• Support the adoption of AI tools and capabilities in everyday delivery activities, including planning, development, testing, and operations
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and learning initiatives related to Agile, Product Management, AI literacy, and prompt engineering
• Help teams identify and implement AI use cases that improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes
• Contribute to the evolution of the organization's operating model, frameworks, standards, and ways of working

• Proven experience leading Agile transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments
• Hands‑on experience driving AI adoption within product development or technology organizations
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Agile at Scale frameworks
• Experience coaching cross-functional teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and leaders
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI, or similar solutions
• Experience applying AI to software delivery processes, including code generation, automated testing, documentation generation, backlog refinement, and knowledge management
• Understanding of AI integration within engineering environments, including CI/CD, DevOps, testing frameworks, and monitoring solutions
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and effective AI usage practices
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, privacy, and responsible AI principles
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and organizational change initiatives
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging KPIs and delivery metrics to drive improvements
• Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1+)

Nice to Have

• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in large-scale product organizations undergoing digital or AI transformation
