Job summary

Vestas Technology and Operations is seeking a Training Coordinator to shape factory training strategy at our Szczecin site, aligning with global standards and driving continuous improvement.

You will plan and deliver courses, manage the training calendar, and collaborate with universities, government bodies and internal stakeholders to close skills gaps and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires strong Polish and English communication and a proactive, hosting approach.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication in Polish and English.
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to organize visits/events and host internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience in Training, HR, Learning & Development or process administration.
• Degree in Education/HR/Engineering or equivalent.
• Train-the-trainer certification.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, book, arrange, and record training courses for factory, including certifications, regulatory training and refreshers, with ability to evaluate its efficiency.
• Provide Support for Factory & Process instructors.
• Collect participant feedback and support the continuous improvement of training processes.
• Prepare training reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Cooperate with universities, government institutions, and external training providers.
• Manage skills matrix updated to close the gaps, maintain the training assessments standards within DMS and My Skills in line with the work instructions and tooling user manuals.
