Job summary

Aon plc in Kraków is offering a 12‑month internship to support the Finance team with month‑end activities, budgeting and reporting tasks. You will learn through structured training and gain hands‑on experience in financial planning and analysis.

The role requires student status, availability of 30 hours per week, and good English (minimum B2). No prior experience is required as training will be provided; the position supports hybrid working arrangements and offers exposure to multiple Finance

Responsibilities

• Support month-end activities.
• Produce and distribute management information.
• Assist during budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Create technical solutions to improve work quality and efficiency.
• Gain exposure to multiple Finance Centre functions.
• Assist with data entry as requested by Team manager or seniors.
• Participate in educational opportunities offered by Aon.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as determined by FP&A colleagues.

What the day will look like

• Close support in various month end activities,
• Production and distribution of management information,
• Assisting during budgeting & forecasting cycles,
• Creation of technical solutions enabling Team to enhance work quality and efficiency,
• Exposure to multiple Functions within Finance Centre
• Support with any data entry as requested by Team manager or senior members of the Team
• Participate in educational opportunities offered by Aon
• Other ad hoc tasks as determined by the FP&A Colleagues.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Student's status required
• availability to work 30 hours per week for a period of 12 months
• good English – you need to be at least B2 (on the CEFR scale) because you'll be usingEnglish every day
• attention to detail - you need to be able to keep track of lots of data and enjoy working at afast pace
• in the process of completing a master's degree – ideally in Finance and accounting, (or a related subject) with 3-4 years of classroom experience
• no previous experience is required because we will train you how to perform yourresponsibilities to a high standard
