Job summary

Aon Kraków Recruitment is seeking a Trainee in Treasury Team to gain valuable experience in a global treasury department and develop essential financial skills for a corporate career. The program is based in Kraków and will run for 12 months at 30 hours per week.

In this role you will assist with cash positions, invoicing controls, and payment initiations while learning tools and processes. Fluency in English (B2) and strong attention to detail are required as you pursue a master's degree in

Qualifications

• Availability to work 30 hours per week for a 12-month period.
• Proficient English skills (at least B2 level on the CEFR scale).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing a master's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics (or related) with 3–4 years of classroom experience.
• No prior experience required as training will be provided.

• Assist in daily Treasury Team activities.
• Learn and support cash position checks across bank systems.
• Review client invoices/documentation and perform required controls.
• Initiate and approve payments on the Dashboard and banking systems.

What The Day Will Look Like

In your first three months:

• You'll learn about the role and the responsibilities of Treasury Team
• You'll get to know our team of finance experts
• You'll become familiar with some tools and techniques that we use on a daily basis

Once you're fully trained, you will participate in daily activities of Treasury team such as:

• Checking current cash position at various bank systems and secure required cash for transactions
• Reviewing received client invoice/documentation & performed necessary controls
• Initiating payment transactions on the Dashboard
• Providing accurate checks and approvals on the Dashboard and within banking system

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• Availability to work 30 hours per week for a 12-month period
• Proficient English skills (at least B2 level on the CEFR scale) are needed as you will be using English every day.
• Attention to detail - you need to be able to keep track of lots of data and enjoy working at a fast pace
• In the process of completing a master's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics (or a related subject) with 3-4 years of classroom experience
• No previous experience is required because we will train you how to perform your responsibilities to a high standard
